Convergence 2011
48th Annual Juried Exhibition of Fine Art.

See you there, as I will be there to admire the submissions.
Over 263 works of art were submitted to this popular show. Three jurors had a difficult time choosing and narrowing the final selection down. A range of media is represented from painting to craft.
Be sure to check it out. The show continues until March 20th, 2011.
See the Tom Thomson website for more details

I wonder if this is the longest annual exhibition in the area? My math skills tell me that the first Convergence was in 1963. I also wonder when the Tom Thomson Gallery opened. Anyone know?
